Snoop Dogg reportedly performed at an event celebrating Donald Trump’s inauguration, sparking outrage among many observers.

Snoop’s performance followed the announcement that country star Carrie Underwood would sing “America the Beautiful” during the swearing-in ceremony.
Snoop was even photographed with young MAGA activist Bo Loudon, who shared the moment on social media, saying, “Hanging with the legendary Snoop Dogg, who is set to perform at President Trump’s inauguration.
President Trump is unifying the country and will bring us into the GOLDEN AGE! Welcome to MAGA, Snoop!”
This news shocked many, given Snoop Dogg’s past criticisms of Trump. During Trump’s first term in office, reports noted that the president had raged against the rapper in his final hours.
Ryan Shead, host of “Hold the Mic,” expressed disappointment on social media, asking, “What made you go from this to supporting a felon, business fraud, and accused rapist who failed to deliver the first time around?”
He continued, “Snoop’s next single will be ‘Rape was the case they gave him,’ due out this summer. I thought more of you. I guess money trumps morals in the end.”
Others reminded Snoop of his previous insults toward Trump. One unearthed video showed the rapper accusing Trump supporters of racism. In the clip, Snoop said, “A lot of your fans are racist.”
Combat veteran Travis Matthew echoed the sentiment, saying, “I never thought I’d see Snoop Dogg as a Trump supporter on my bingo card… but here we are. What a disappointment.”
The backlash underscores the surprise and discontent from both fans and critics over Snoop Dogg’s appearance at the event.
