Police in Florida pulled over a U-Haul truck and found a woman with a bag that said “Definitely not a bag full of drugs.” But guess what? Police say it was full of drugs.

The driver said the police could search the truck and that there was nothing illegal inside. The passenger, 31-year-old Teryn Acri, had some bags with her.
One of the bags had the funny message on it, but police say they found almost 8 grams of meth, needles, Narcan (a drug used to reverse opioid overdoses), scales, small plastic bags, cut straws, and other drug-related items inside.

Acri was arrested and taken to jail, charged with having meth with the intent to sell it and having drug equipment.
Records show Acri had been arrested in the same city just a few days earlier, on January 6th. She was in a car that police pulled over, and a police dog found drugs inside.
Police found seven small bags of what they thought was meth in Acri’s purse. They said she had a total of 14.5 grams of meth and was charged with having a large amount of meth, having meth to sell, and having drug equipment.
The sheriff mentioned that Acri was arrested on January 6th and initially held without bail, but she was released on January 8th after paying $15,500.
Because she was arrested again so soon, her bail has been taken away. The sheriff expressed his frustration about people being released on bail and then committing more crimes. He said he’s “had enough” and will talk more about this problem soon.
