In one viral video, Koiyan—wearing blue scrubs—can be seen twerking near the head of a male patient who is sitting in a chair. Another video allegedly shows her doing the same to a different male patient in a bathtub and placing something in his mouth.
Police became aware of the videos on Jan. 23 and, after investigating, arrested Koiyan on Jan. 28. She was booked into the Walton County Jail but released on bond early the next day.
After backlash online, a TikTok user from the same account defended the videos, claiming people were overreacting. “It’s not what it looks like,” she said, arguing that one of the patients was verbal despite comments accusing her of taking advantage of nonverbal patients.
Authorities have not released further details about the case, and information about Koiyan’s attorney or bond amount was not immediately available.
