Giga Texas Buzzing: Tesla Cybertruck Production Hits New High with 1,000 Trucks

Tesla’s Cybertruck has faced numerous delays, leading some to believe it was just a figment of imagination. However, recent images from Tesla’s Giga Texas facility reveal a different story.

The plant is now churning out a significant number of Cybertrucks, with nearly 1,000 spotted in the west outbound lot, ready for delivery.

Joe Tegtmeyer, a dedicated Tesla observer, recently shared drone footage on YouTube showing the current activity at Giga Texas. The video indicates that production of the Cybertruck is ramping up, suggesting that Tesla is making significant progress with the all-electric pickup truck.

In addition to seeing nearly 1,000 Cybertrucks lined up, Tegtmeyer also noticed that some vehicles were being transported in covered trailers, which is unusual compared to the standard car carrier trailers. Tesla has not yet explained this choice.

The footage also highlights ongoing construction at Giga Texas, including a tunnel being built by The Boring Company. This indicates that the facility is bustling with activity.

With production numbers increasing, Tesla seems to be improving its ability to manufacture the Cybertruck. This is promising news, as demand for the vehicle is expected to rise, especially with the Foundation Series nearing its end, which adds a $20,000 premium to the base price of the Cybertruck AWD and Tri-Motor Cyberbeast.
