Charles Graham Jr., 26, was found dead at the scene around 7:15 p.m. Responding officers discovered multiple victims near a burning vehicle, according to Baltimore County Police Chief Robert McCullough.
Chief McCullough stated that eight people had gunshot wounds, and another person was injured but not shot. All the injured victims, aged between 14 and 27, were taken to nearby hospitals for treatment.
Police described the event as a mass shooting and are investigating how all 10 victims ended up in the crashed vehicle.
“We do not believe this was a random act of violence,” McCullough said. He also mentioned that the shooting might be connected to another fatal shooting in the same area. On Dec. 9, 19-year-old Andrew Blessing was killed nearby, and police are investigating whether the Tuesday shooting was an act of retaliation.
So far, no arrests have been made in either case. Authorities are asking anyone with information to call 410-887-4636 (INFO).
