The now-deleted post said, “My wife admitted to cheating on me so I killed her, I’m about to kill myself.” He also wrote, “Figure this group out for [yourselves].”
The Facebook group was for people who work on car safety systems called Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), and George Lesniak was the group’s administrator. The group has since been made private.
A photo from December on George Lesniak’s Facebook page showed him and his wife kissing on a dance floor.
Both of them worked in the car industry. He was the vice president of training at a car company until September 2024, and she was a technical production manager at an auto parts company.
Police described the case as “deeply tragic” and “complex.” They said there’s no danger to the community but they will fully investigate the deaths. They haven’t officially confirmed it was a murder-suicide yet.
