A Tennessee woman is accused of stabbing the father of her child during a custody exchange and later appearing surprisingly calm in her mug shot.
Justyce Knowles, 25, was arrested on December 24 and charged with aggravated assault for allegedly attacking the man, identified as “Walker,” during a heated argument earlier in the month.
The incident happened on December 4 at Walker’s mother’s house in Memphis, Tennessee. Court documents say the two got into an argument that turned physical.
Knowles reportedly left during the fight but came back with a knife and allegedly stabbed Walker in his hands and neck.
While his injuries were not serious, he was taken to the hospital for treatment. It is unclear where their child was during the incident.
Knowles was released on a $15,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in court on December 27.
